Biblical Studies

Biblical Studies Journal (BSJ) is an exploratory and innovative Online/Print scholarly journal published Quarterly (four times a year) by Veda Publications. It provides a forum for high quality research related to Christian theology, church history, biblical interpretation, ecumenism and all other topics related to Biblical studies. Articles cover specific biblical books or clusters of books, ancillary ancient literature, archaeology, historical studies, as well as new and developing areas of study.

AIM & SCOPE OF THE JOURNAL

Biblical Studies Journal (BSJ) is a peer reviewed, open access Journal published by Veda Publications, India.It aims to make Christ’s message relevant through: disseminating reflection, discussion, informed views and pastoral ministry experience. It seeks to stimulate theological thinking and writing by Christian scholars and to share their reflections with church and theological education communities, and with all who want to be challenged to reflect critically on their faith in changing times. The journal is ideal for all who want to broaden their knowledge of contemporary theological studies. It includes peer-reviewed contributions from leading scholars and first-time authors from across the Christian tradition.

The journal is free to access from any corner of the world. Authors will have free electronic access to the full text of the article. Authors can freely download the PDF file from which they can print unlimited copies of their articles. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in Biblical Studies.

Papers we Accept

We welcome original articles in the theological disciplines,helpful material for pastors and church workers(Liturgical,pastoral,educational),Artistic expressions of the christian faith (poetry,visual art,music),Social and cultural issues in different parts of the world in the light of christian faith,Notes and reviews of books that are relevant for Christians.

Manuscripts for publications, not published elsewhere, are to be sent to the Editorial Office through direct email in Ms-word format. Please read the Guidelines for Authors before submitting your manuscript.
